Let us know within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, although we do appreciate it when you share your reasons.

We will promptly issue you a credit on our website for 100% of the product price paid.

Once a credit is issued to your account, you may use the credit on any subsequent order.  There are no cash refunds.

Damages in transit?

If there is visible damage to the package when received,  Take a photo of the box and text it to 920 333-0111 immediately.  We have a very short 3 day window to commence damage recovery proceedings with USPS or UPS.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on gift cards, because our replacement, a credit, is the same thing, 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
